Malossi 177cc CVF2 aluminium sport cylinder kit for Vespa PX125 scooters without electric start.
Malossi have designed this cylinder from the ground up. The aluminium alloy cylinder has been cast into an aerodynamic profile making for efficient cooling and better control of the intake temperature, the hemispheric cylinder head also offers 10% extra cooling with the resigned fins vs straight fins.
Inside the cylinder are now 7 ports (4x transfer + 3x boost ports) offering the best flow characteristics and the exhaust port which has been redesigned with a 37mm flange to avoid leakage.
