Delivery
All orders received by 3.30pm (Monday to Fridays except Bank Holidays) are shipped the same day from our own stock at our Bristol warehouse using the shipping method selected at checkout.
Please be aware that although 99% of DPD UK courier orders which are sent using a 'Next Working Day' service are received the next working day this is not a guaranteed service and there are occasions where an order may be unavoidably delayed due to courier error or other factors beyond reasonable control.
For UK Royal Mail orders sent using the 'Tracked 48' service we are seeing more than 90% of orders being received within 2 working days but Royal Mail do not guarantee this and we therefore advertise this at checkout as typically between 2 and 3 working days.
For DHL 24 UK courier orders DHL aim to delivery the next working day but do not guarantee this. We are seeing more than 90% of UK DHL orders being received next working day but DHL do not guarantee this so we therefore advertise this at checkout as typically between 1 and 2 working days.
All orders which qualify for free shipping (and where the free shipping option has been chosen) will be sent by either next working day courier or Royal Mail tracked 48 chosen at our discretion.
Please note 'Next Working Day' means next *working* day and consequently our couriers do not deliver on Bank Holidays or Sundays and only deliver on Saturdays if you have specifically selected and paid for a 'Saturday' delivery option during checkout.
The cut-off ordering time for Saturday delivery is 3.30pm Friday. This deadline is highlighted on selection of a 'Saturday' delivery service and all orders placed after this deadline on Fridays will not be in time for Saturday delivery and will not be shipped until the following Monday.
After ordering you will be emailed a link containing detailed order status and tracking information showing all stages of your order as it progresses together with expected timescales. This information can also always be viewed for any orders by logging into your account.
