The Aprilia SR Motard 50 started production in 2012 and uses the Piaggio 50cc air-cooled 2-stroke HI-PER2 engine.
The SR Motard features front hydraulic 220mm disc brake and 140mm rear cable operated drum brake. Sharing many of its features with the new shape Piaggio Typhoon the SR Motard features 14 inch wheels whereas the new Typhoon uses 12 inch wheels although bodywork and styling remain much the same.
