New Version (2023) BGM PRO 177/187cc cylinder kit for Vespa PX125 and Largeframe 125/150cc scooters.
Aluminium cylinder kit with ceramic coated bore. High silicone content piston combines with the cylinder with low thermal expansion, reducing wear. The 1mm piston rings, normally found in racing cylinders, minimise friction. The cylinder head is CNC machined billet aluminium.
Designed by BGM to be 'plug and play' making this kit easy to fit and setup. A big box exhaust and longer ratio gears are recommended with this kit.
Material: aluminium (nikasil coated)
Bore: 63mm
Stroke: 57/60mm (177/187cc)
Recommended squish: 0.8-1.2mm
Now suitable for use with the electric start flywheel (the cylinder does not need to be adjusted (see images 3/4)).
