Oil seal for 50cc 2-stroke Piaggio/Gilera Engines

Flywheel side: 18x28x7mm
Variator side: 19x30x7mm

RMS equivalent to Piaggio 482314, 482315

Fitment
  • Aprilia SR Motard 50cc
  • Aprilia SR50R '03 onwards (Piaggio engine)

  • Q. Hi my crank bearings are fine but my seal has sprung a leak, so is it possible to change the seal (variatior side) without changing the bearings as they are fairly new, thanks

    yes you can change both crank seals without splitting the engine but it is fiddly and you need to be very careful not to damage or scratch the crank and casing when removing the old seal(s)
