Use the blue/white pickup wire on Aerox
If fitting to an auto-scooter, please see the questions tab!
Not suitable for fuel injected engines.
It works by sensing and shorting the pulse from the pickup coil (not the LT coil circuit)
Can be adjusted to up to infinite rpm.
unless you have a geared bike a rev limiter can only really work as a 30mph speed limiter if you have a standard exhaust fitted and no gear kit
You can only use a rev limiter as a 30mph speed limiter if you still have a standard exhaust and standard gearing.
On a scooter the variator keeps changing the gearing to keep the engine running at a fixed rpm as the road speed increases. With a standard exhaust (low revs) it can only keep the revs constant until around 25mph and then the revs start increasing so a rev limiter can limit the road speed to anything you set over 25mph. If you have a sports pipe or tuned engine the engine rpm will be constant up until around 35-40 or higher so you can't limit the road speed below this by limiting the rpm.
yes it will work fine but remember that it is a revs restrictor rather than a top speed restrictor
