Cast-iron cylinder kit from Polini. These kits are a perfect example of an entry level sport cylinder kit, performance up to 9hp, reliable for everyday use. To get the most out of this kit a Yasuni R exhaust or similar, 19-21mm carburettor, variator & gear kit is recommended.
NOTE:- Use BR9ES long reach spark plug with this kit.

The Polini Sport cylinder makes peak power around 9000rpm and revs out to around 10,000-11,000rpm. The performance changes with different exhausts, please read the blog here.
This is normally fine on this kit so long as the crank and bearings arelow mileage and in good condition with no free play or wear.
You can use the standard autolube system without problem on this cylinder kit (and most 'sports' level cylinder kits, but it's best to only use a high quality fully synthetic 2-stroke oil if you aren't already.
