Aluminium 72cc sport cylinder kit for motorcycles using a Derbi D50B0/1 50cc liquid-cooled engine.
The Airsal aluminium sport 72cc cylinder is the next step up from the 50cc version. Has the same number of transfer ports and a bridged exhaust port as per the 50cc version. The cylinder bore also comprises of a durable nickel plating. The single ring piston helps to get more power and revs. A high compression cylinder head is also supplied as part of the kit.

A 19 or 21mm PHBG style carb works well with these kits.
If the standard crank is in a good condition with wear and is low mileage you won't need to change the bottom end although the kit will still need setting up.
