Temperature sensor adaptor from Koso.
If you don't want to exchange the thermometer in the cylinder head or if the thread doesn't fit, you can use this beautiful anodised adaptor that simply can be positioned between the cooling hose. Can be used with Stage6 Multimeter and Koso PRO Multimeter. Comes with temperature sensor and is available in many different fitting diameters.
Adaptor is supplied with 2x hose clips and temperature sensor.
Sensor thread: P1/8 tapered
Sizes available = 14,16,18,22,26mm
This is a thermister and changes resitance dependant on the temperature. Consequently it is used to read temperature rather than simply being a switch that switches on/off at a set temperature.
The size is for the inner diameter of the hose.
