That is the middle of the belly panel, so it sits just behind your front wheel and the belly panel attaches onto either side of it.
Hi, yes all Aerox Evo panel kits (and all other Yamaha Aerox body panel kits) will fit fine on the 100cc Aerox. The front panel is different on the 50cc Aerox because the 50cc is water cooled and has a radiator there which needs to be vented (hence the extra vents in the front panel).
The hole is not pre cut, but they mark it on the inside of the panel so you can cut it out your self if needed.
