Stage6 Viton® reed valve for motorcycle using either the Minarelli AM6 or Derbi EBE/EBS, D50B1 or D50B0 50cc 2-stroke engine.

The short Stage6 intake manifold is an inexpensive and excellent alternative to the rather expensive models of other manufacturers. A short intake tract offers better responsiveness and the intake rpm will be raised even further, which gives more power. 
So-called biofuels are becoming more and more popular. They may, however, contain up to 20% of pure alcohol, which makes the fuel more aggressive towards standard NBR rubber compounds. Over time, the alcohol will soften the NBR. In order to adapt to this trend, Stage6 Development is going to offer future products that are subject to extensive fuel contact (reed valves, intake manifolds etc.) in a FKM (Viton) compound, which will be slightly more expensive, but also more alcohol- and heat-resistant.
