60cc aluminium cylinder kit (42mm) for Piaggio 50cc 4-stroke (2-valve) scooters like Zip, Fly,Liberty & Vespa ET4
This kit is an alloy lightweight version of the standard 50cc cast iron cylinder kit. With 4-strokes the advantage of the alloy cylinder kit is that it is much lighter and has much better thermal dissipation characteristics. This makes it more suitable for users looking to tune their engine or just wanting to get that extra bit out of their engine as it is not prone to overheating in the way that a cast iron cylinder can when you start to tune the engine.
Supplied with Cylinder & Piston Kit.
*Not suitable for 4-valve engines.
note: one of the piston rings is chrome plated for extra strength (the one with the shiny outside) this one goes at the top
Yes you can use the original cylinder head with this kit. Around 5% increase on the main jet.
