This primer has been developed specifically for use with the Plasti Dip® rubber coating. It offers extreme adhesiveness, multiplying the adhesiveness on nearly all surfaces.

NOTE: Rubber coating temperature range: -34°C to +93°C; problems may occur with scooter parts that are subject to high heat, e.g. wheels with drum brakes.
