Standard replacement Motoforce variator kit from their ECO range for Piaggio Zip mopeds (1998 on)
This is a complete replacement transmission kit which is perfect if your original one is starting to show signs of wear.

This is a very comprehensive kit which includes the variator front pulley along with the expected the variator, rollers, drive belt and front drive

6.5/7.5g 19x15.5mm rollers

Fits both 2-stroke and 4-stroke Piaggio Zip.

  • Q. i want this variator kit but i currently run 4.5g rollers, so I've no need for the 6 or 7g rollers which come with the kit, is it possible to have the kit with different rollers ?

    don't forget that different variator brands run different weight rollers-
    so running 4.5g rollers in say a Stage6 variator would be different to running 4.5g in say a Motoforce or standard variator or even a worn variator
