This is a special highlight from racing: a quick release hose coupling that allows you to remove the engine without water loss.
This is often used by endurance racers and allows the mechanics to perform a complete engine change in less than 2 mins !
Note: the coupling consists of an inner and an outer component, for a complete installation you need both pieces.
