Piaggio engine cover rubber plug.
This is for the small round hole which is at the front of the case and allows you to adjust the oil pump.
Also used to blank off the hole in the front panel where you top up the water (blanked off on air-cooled bikes).
40mm diameter, groove is 3.25mm wide.
