Got a question about 17.5mm Naraku Standard Carb/ Choke - Piaggio?

It states on description that it suits liquid cooled Piaggio but this carb has only one connection for the coolant not two?

This carb can still be fitted to the liquid cooled models, all you do is link the pipe that goes from the plastic water pump elbow on the side of the engine directly to the nipple on the cylinder head.
The outlets on the carb are fuel, oil and vacuum.
